An owner or possessor of land owes a duty to people lawfully coming on
to the premises to use reasonable care to protect them from an
unreasonable risk of harm caused by the condition of the premises or
activities on the premises.
An owner or possessor of land also
has a duty to use reasonable care to inspect and repair the premises
and warn people who lawfully come on to the premises about dangerous
conditions.
An owner or possessor of land might be liable for injuries caused by unreasonably dangerous conditions existing on the premises.
